No mass production here—each piece is built one at a time using real wood and real craftsmanship. Slight variations mean your item is truly one-of-a-kind.

📦 Shipping:
Most orders ship in 3–7 business days. Custom builds may take 2–4 weeks for items listed as customizable in the description or longer for one of a kind items. Tracking info is provided once it’s out the door.

🔄 Returns & Issues:
Standard (non-custom) unused or damaged items can be returned within 5 days of the delivery date (buyer covers return shipping). Custom orders are final sale unless damaged during delivery. If there’s an issue with delivery, send us photos within 24 hours—so we can work on a resolution.

🛠 Custom Orders:
Want a different size, wood type, or finish? Let’s talk! We’re happy to see if we can create something unique for you. A deposit may be required before work begins. Use the email address in the contact tab to inquire about custom items.

🧼 Wood Care Tips:
– Avoid soaking or high heat
– Use food-safe oil to refresh cutting any food contact items (ex. boards/trays)
– Wipe clean with a damp cloth—no dishwasher!
