🖐 Handmade Promise
No mass production here—each piece is built one at a time using real wood and real craftsmanship. Slight variations mean your item is truly one-of-a-kind.

📦 Shipping:
Most orders ship in 3–7 business days. Custom builds may take 2–4 weeks for items listed as customizable in the description or longer for one of a kind items. Tracking info is provided once it’s out the door.

🔄 Returns & Issues:
Standard (non-custom) unused items or items damaged during shipping (pictures of packaging and damage within 24 hours of delivery required) can be returned within 5 days of the delivery date (buyer covers return shipping). Custom orders are final sale unless damaged during delivery. If there’s an issue with delivery, send us photos within 24 hours—so we can work on a resolution.

BLEM Item Policy

BLEM (blemished) items are sold as-is and are considered final sale. These products may have minor cosmetic imperfections. 

Each BLEM item listing includes actual photos of the specific item being sold for your reference, so you can clearly see any visible imperfections before purchasing.

Please note that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for BLEM items. By purchasing a BLEM product, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

🛠 Custom Orders:
Want a different size, wood type, or finish? Let’s talk! We’re happy to see if we can create something unique for you. A deposit or full payment will be required before work begins. The payment or deposit amount will be based on the resale ability of the product if the custom order is not paid in full upon completion. If a product is cancelled after work has started, deposits or payments may not be refundable. Use the email address in the contact tab to inquire about custom items.
